Yes. Pay monthly or yearly. You can move between Personal Starter, Personal Pro, Business Starter, Business Pro and Consolidated whenever you like, or stop at any time. Download your books to Excel first if you want to keep a copy.
One plan for business owners: Personal Pro for your own money and Business Pro for up to 3 businesses, under one login. Your net worth then includes your share of each business, and money you pay yourself shows in both places without being counted twice.
Yes, and it's free on every plan. Open clickstatements.com on your phone and install the app: on Android, tap Install (or the browser menu ⋮, then Install app); on iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It gets its own icon and opens full screen, with the same account and books as on your computer.
Turn on two-step sign-in in Settings and you'll enter a code from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator each time you sign in, so a stolen password isn't enough. Passwords need at least 10 characters and are stored only as a secure hash. You can change your password and sign out every other device at any time, and every change to your books is kept in an audit trail.
No. You upload statements, screenshots or exports you already have. Password-protected PDFs are unlocked on your own device, and names, account numbers and phone numbers are removed before anything is read. We keep the transactions, never the files.
Statements from any bank or credit card, as PDF or screenshots; e-wallet history like PayPal, Wise, Venmo or Cash App; CSV and Excel exports; and sales reports from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy and other e-commerce platforms.

When you sign up, choose your industry: e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, real estate, construction, professional services, freelancers, virtual assistants, real estate agents, insurance agents, legal, BPO, agencies, food and beverage, clinics, education, transport and logistics, IT and software, salons and spas, or other. ClickStatements adds the accounts your industry needs, like contract revenue and retention for contractors, rental income and tenant deposits for landlords, or client trust funds for law firms, and sorts your transactions with them. You can change it any time in Settings.
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel export from your bank, e-wallet or marketplace, and its columns are worked out for you.
Yes. Download everything to Excel, with formulas, for your accountant. You can also ask for a Professional Review, where a bookkeeper checks your books and sends you a report.
Yes. Invite people from Settings with a link. Your accountant or bookkeeper is free on every business plan (up to 3 on Business Pro and Consolidated). Business Starter includes 1 user, Business Pro and Consolidated include 3, and each extra user is $1.99 a month. Roles: Owner, Accountant or bookkeeper, Staff (uploads statements, sorts transactions, makes billing statements and bills) and View only. Staff and view-only users can't see payroll or the audit trail.
Each business can add up to 50 statement files a month on Business Starter and 200 on Business Pro, and each personal tracker up to 50. It's counted per business, not per user. Most businesses never come close to it; if you do, email us and we'll sort it out.

Important pricing details. Prices are per month, or per year when paying yearly, in the currency for where you are. Launch offer: the first month is free from the day you create your account (for beta users, from the day paid plans begin); the next 5 monthly payments are 50% off, rounded down; then the regular price applies. Paying yearly gets 2 months free and doesn't combine with the 50% offer. A referral code gives a new account one extra free month, and its owner one free month after that account's first payment. The 50% offer covers plans, not extra users. We may change the offer for new sign-ups; accounts that already have it keep it. *File limits are counted per business each calendar month; most businesses never come close to them.
